18 residences were put up for sale at Ian Fleming’s personal estate: Goldeneye. The Goldeneye estate was acquired in 1977 by Island Records’ founder and music mogul Chris Blackwell. He turned it into a hotel which many celebrities favored. These residences are all luxury beach cottages ranging in size from 2,900-3,700 sq. ft. Owners in this exclusive resort have many luxuries such as relaxing spas and restaurant right on the estate. There is also a private beach for all residents of this resort. one-bedroom cottages start from $750,000.
